Reliable restorers in Connecticut

Considering restoration of my '63 BJ7. Any recommendations for reliable restorers in the Connecticut area?

Don't know much about Conn but there are 2 really good Healey restorers in the Poughkeepsie NY area, within an hour of Conn. Ray Kennett @BTO in Pokeepsie 845 485-2557 and Gabe Delgiudice in Highland NY @ 845-691-2265.

BJ7 Restoration

I used Wicked Auto Restoration in Fitchburg MA. He did a magnificent job. The car won first in class Concours in Stow British Invasion the year it was finished (2008 I think) It won first in class popular vote the next year @ Stowe and then First in class at Lenox. His name is Rich Weber and the company tel # is978-424-4337 and his cell# is 978-621-0611. He's a fantastic body and paint guy. He fabricated frame rails to match original perfectly. You can't spot the work if you wanted to. He's done several Healeys, He also painted my E Type and Jeepster. Good luck on your restoration.

I own a 62 BT7 center change. It had been restored when i bought it a year ago, but ran and handled poorly, but looked great! I have had my mechanic, who has restored several Triumphs for me, go over the car and properly "finish" it. Now the car is dead reliable, it starts on the button every time and pulls like a train. Plus it rides and handles exactly as it should. His name is Dave Hackett and is from Old Saybrook. I could not recommend anyone more highly!!
